Amazing rooms. Fantastic pool and day spa. Beautiful views from the bar. The staff were so friendly and helpful. it was very close to public transport.

Executive floor breakfast was fine, but not a big splash. Great view from here and from cocktail bar. Room great, bath area huge. Bed comfortable. Good general service.

Lovely rooms, although we were not on the imperial garden /bay side so not a brilliant view. Lots of space, well-appointed with every conceivable amenity and a lovely bathroom. Staff organised early-morning taxis vey efficiently. There is fabulous swimming pool on the 26/27th floor - bring your swimming cap. Staggering views on the south-western side for afternoon tea or the bar. The staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Exquisite stay at Conrad. Hotel and room were spotless and facilities were all open. Spa was refreshing. Staff were especially helpful throughout the stay (Thank you Ms. Hanako [Concierge] for all the recommendations and help with bookings). Locations not far from Ginza and directly connected to main JR and metro station so moving around Tokyo was a breeze. Room was generous in size with excellent views.

The view from the lobby and restaurants and room were incredible. The pool was just beautiful and 25m! perfect for a proper swim. The food far exceeded our expectations in restaurants and the bar. Great breakfast, beautiful rooms and great service from all the staff

BreaKfast spread is excellent . Room view is fantastic facing to see Tokyo Sky tower walking short distance to Tisuiji market

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and the staff we encountered were friendly. Service at dinner was a little slow, not sure if that was due to a staffing issue or standard for the restaurant.

First off, the bed was one of the most comfortable my wife and I have ever experienced -- we wished we could have taken it home with us. The view from our room of the Hama-Rikyu Teien gardens and harbor area was fantastic. Service was friendly and professional, and they kindly left a small gift for my wife in our room (it was her birthday).
